WellnessOS is purpose-built for yoga studios, Pilates gyms, and wellness spaces that run on Mindbody but need modern POS and retail operations.

• Shopify or Square for retail
• Separate card readers for point-of-sale

This creates friction:

• Staff toggle between 3+ apps during check-in
• Inventory doesn't sync
• Reconciliation takes hours per week
• Payment fees stack (3–5% across platforms)

Our solution

WellnessOS sits in the middle:

1. Unified check-in — Scan a QR code or tap a name. Classes, packages, and retail all in one flow.
2. Bidirectional sync — Inventory updates in real time between Shopify and the POS.
3. Lower fees — Stripe direct integration (2.7% + 5¢) vs. stacked platform fees.
4. Owner dashboard — Revenue, attendance, top products—all in one place.

Pilot pricing: $199/month + 2.7% + 5¢ per transaction (vs. 4–6% stacked fees).
